Below are the rules and this is followed by the Aplication Form and if needed a Standing order Form. Please support us, to support the local charities and organisations.
How does it work?
Each month members have the chance of winning cash prizes by taking out a subscription
Total monthly subscriptions will be distributed as 50% for prize money and 50% going to the
Damerham Fair Container Appeal 100 Club
The Damerham Fair Container Appeal 100 Club will be for a fixed period of 12 months with the first
draw being in September 2020 and the last draw in August 2021
Who is it for?
The objective of the Damerham Fair Container Appeal 100 Club is to raise funds to purchase and fit out a container to store the equipment used for the Damerham Fair.
Any funds raised in excess of the purchase and fit out costs of the container will be used to donate to charities consistent with the existing process for surpluses from the Damerham Fair
The Damerham Fair Container Appeal 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all residents from Damerham Village and the surrounding area, their families and friends.
The Coordinators of the 100 Club are eligible to participate.

How do the prizes get calculated?
Each number purchased will be entered into the monthly draw – a member is eligible for inclusion in the draw so long as the subscription for that month has been paid.
When a number is drawn out it will be eliminated from any remaining draws within that month (i.e. any number can only win one prize in a month)

Monthly Prize: The 50% prize fund is allocated as a percentage of the entry monies paid:
o 1st Prize – 25% of the total monthly contributions
(e.g. £125 based on 100 members) o 2nd Prize – 15% of the total monthly contributions
(e.g. £75 based on 100 members) o 3rd Prize – 10% of the total monthly contributions
